Casey F. Hall
Originally from the small town of Arcadia, Florida, Casey F. Hall graduated from Florida State University in 2018, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Humanities. She moved from the Sunshine State to South Carolina, where she obtained her law degree at Charleston School of Law. During her studies, Ms. Hall completed her internship with the Florida State Attorney’s Office in Manatee County and was proudly a member of the Children & Family Law Society as well as the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society.
Upon Admission to the South Carolina Bar in the Fall of 2023 and joining the Charleston County Bar, Ms. Hall also sat for the Florida Bar in the Spring of 2024 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in May of 2024.
As a fourth-generation attorney and cattle rancher, Ms. Hall’s upbringing has given her a deep appreciation for hard work, community, and resilience. With her strong work ethic and passion to help support and empower others, she understands advocating for her clients and prioritizing what is most important to them, especially in the difficult and stressful times of their lives.
Since her admission to the South Carolina Bar and joining the Brinkley Family Law Firm LLC in 2024, she has been practicing in the areas of divorce, child custody, child support, post-decree modification actions, and adoptions. She has been working closely with clients, offering compassionate and practical legal counsel and helped them navigate the legal process as they transition to their new lives. Outside of work, Ms. Hall enjoys discovering new places, spending quality time with her family and friends, tending to her garden, and lending a hand at her family’s cattle ranch.
