Throughout her career, Amy has led transformational initiatives across government, financial services, and technology. At the U.S. Department of State, she led a worldwide staff of 230 in supporting compensation execution for more than 110,000 employees and retirees worldwide, developing systems and processes that ensured pay was delivered accurately and on time — even during crises such as the 2018–2019 government shutdown, where her leadership helped the agency restore payroll ahead of schedule receiving White House recognition for her efforts. In the private sector, she has successfully turned around stalled projects, optimized processes to save hundreds of thousands annually, and delivered complex system implementations under tight deadlines — always with a focus on reliable, client-centered results.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Decision and Information Technology from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She applies her experience and analytical approach to create operational frameworks that drive consistency, reliability, and excellence, ensuring that the firm’s services are world-class.

Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Amy shares her life with her husband and two Boston Terriers and celebrates the adventures of her four adult children.
