Stephanie Brinkley Leading ART Committee at Spring ABA Family Law Conference

Attorney Stephanie M. Brinkley will lead the ART Committee at the Spring American Bar Association Family Law Conference at the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Sprints, West Virginia on April 6-9, 2025. Attendees will enhance their industry knowledge through such presentations as “Personhood laws and their impact on IVF and Assisted Reproductive Technology,” “Employment and Other Considerations/Determining GC Compensation/Tax Implications of Surrogacy Journey,” and “Artificial Intelligence and IVF,” among other subjects.
