Stephanie Brinkley Representing US & SC at International Surrogacy Forum

Attorney Stephanie M. Brinkley will represent the United States and South Carolina at the 3^rd International Surrogacy Forum in Cape Town, South Africa on March 24-25, 2025. The event is co-organized by the International Academic of Family Lawyers (IAFL) and the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Family Law, who will be joined by the Law Faculty of the University of the Western Cape and the leading South African law firm Miller du Toit Cloete Incorporated. The Forum will discuss developments around the globe as the attendees advocate for creating safe and legally intact families around the world.

Stephanie is attending as the Chair of the Artificial Reproduction Technology Committee for the American Bar Association and will be facilitation a panel discussion on "Post-Birth Contact; Need for Genetic Link; and Personal Connections". Stephanie is honored to be representing both South Carolina and The United States at this forum.
