Brinkley to produce CLE session entitled “What Comes First, the HIPAA or the Eggs?” at the fall ABA Conference in Stowe, Vermont. “A 4-time egg donor, now with exhausted ovarian reserve, wants her previously donated, frozen eggs back. Intended Recipients of those eggs sue their IVF Clinic and the Storage Facility for disclosing: their identity; the eggs belonging to them; and Donor’s identity. This mock trial explores the issues presented.”
